Join me this Christmas to learn how to cook a Christmas feast on your BBQ! Think turkey, beef, gammon, pigs in blankets and all the trimmings, all cooked on a range of BBQs. I’ll teach you how to cook different joints of meat on your BBQ with different charcoal setups depending on the BBQ you are using. We’ll discuss how to use your vents to turn your BBQ in to a delightful smoky oven, taking the stress out of the kitchen and in to a relaxed outdoor vibe. Cooking your Christmas meat on the BBQ frees up all that oven space as well. But there wont be any ovens used here, oh no! I’ll show you how to cook all of the trimmings on the BBQ too. It’ll be an absolute feast, Christmas tunes will be playing, mulled wine will be on the go, a fully stocked beer fridge and I may even wear a Santa hat!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the class can receive a full refund, or you can reschedule on to another suitable class providing there is space available. If you cancel within 2 weeks, I’ll do my best to offer a refund or allow you to reschedule providing I can fill the space. If in the unlikely event that fewer than 6 people are booked on to this class, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class
