In this class, we tackle some of the true classics of American BBQ, using fantastic Great British produce on a range of different BBQs. I want to show you that there’s no need to use imported meat to achieve fantastic results as the produce we have on our land is amazing and we should be championing it all day every day! I’ll teach you how to cook brisket and pulled pork using the ‘hot & fast’ method, cooking them in less than 6 hours as opposed to 15+ hours usually associated with low & slow BBQ. We’ll also cook other American classics such as ribs, wings, mac n cheese, pit beans and a selection of sides and sauces.

Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the class can receive a full refund, or you can reschedule on to another suitable class providing there is space available. If you cancel within 2 weeks, I’ll do my best to offer a refund or allow you to reschedule providing I can fill the space.
