In this class, we’ll go through the basics of cooking with charcoal. You’ll learn about the different fuel types for your BBQ, lid down cooking, using your air vents to regulate airflow and temperature control and cooking with different heat zones, either directly over the coals or indirect. There will be plenty of food cooked along the way and of course, a few cold beverages!

Location: Cowplain, just off the A3 and just outside of Portsmouth.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the class can receive a full refund, or you can reschedule on to another suitable class providing there is space available. If you cancel within 2 weeks, I’ll do my best to offer a refund or allow you to reschedule providing I can fill the space. If less than 6 people booked on a specific class, I reserve the right to reschedule and offer an alternative date or a refund
