In this class, Dave aka Wilsons BBQ will show some of the skills and techniques that he uses to make some of the best Texas style BBQ this side of the pond! Think low & slow brisket, hot & fast brisket, ribs, turkey, sausage making and sides. This class has a twist – Dave will be doing all of this on Kamado Joe grills rather than offset smokers so if you own a kamado or any other BBQ and want to learn the ways of Texas BBQ, then this is the class for you! It’ll be a day of learning, cooking, eating and of course drinking!
Time: 10:00am – 4pm (as is the nature of BBQ, this may run over so please allow for this)
Location: Cowplain, just off the A3 and just outside of Portsmouth.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the class can receive a full refund, or you can reschedule on to another suitable class providing there is space available. If you cancel within 2 weeks, I’ll do my best to offer a refund or allow you to reschedule providing I can fill the space.
